Our mail-in service gives you the same technicians, parts and warranty as an in-store repair. Pack your device securely, include your details, and we'll diagnose it, quote you and return it fully tested.
How to send your device
- Email us with your device, the fault and your contact details
- Include a note in the parcel with your name, phone number, email and the fault
- Remove any screen lock or pass the code to us so we can test the device
- Pack the device securely and post it tracked and signed for
- Email us once it's on its way so we can look out for it

Tech Repairs, 104 Strathmartine Road, Dundee, DD3 7SF, Scotland. Please make sure the parcel is tracked and signed for — we can't be responsible for items lost in transit before they reach us.
What happens next
We assess the device, contact you with a fixed quote and only proceed once you approve it. Once repaired and tested, we return it by tracked courier or you can collect it in store.
