How a repair works
1. Bring it in or post it
Walk in mon–sat 10:00–18:00 · sunday closed — no appointment needed — or send it to us tracked with our mail-in service.
2. Full assessment & fixed quote
We test the device, find the real fault and confirm the price with you before any chargeable work begins.
3. Repaired and tested
Most phone repairs are done while you wait; laptops, Macs and consoles are usually same day to three working days.
4. Collect with a warranty
Every repair leaves with our 90-day repair warranty on the parts fitted and the work carried out.
