Phones bought on contract are usually locked to one network, which stops you switching provider or using a local SIM abroad. Our unlocking service removes that restriction so you can use any SIM, on any network, anywhere in the world.

Is my phone locked?
Put a SIM card from a different network into your phone. If it shows an error such as "SIM not supported" or "Enter unlock code" instead of connecting, the phone is locked to its original network and needs unlocking.
What we need from you
- The make and model of your phone (for example iPhone 13 or Samsung Galaxy S22)
- The network it is locked to (the one you bought it from or were on contract with)
- Your phone's IMEI number — dial *#06# to show it on screen
How long does it take and what does it cost?
Time and price depend on the manufacturer, model and network. Some phones unlock in as little as 30 minutes, others take a few days. Prices start from just £10, and we confirm your exact price before any work starts.
Do I have to leave my phone with you?
No. Most unlocks are server-based, so we don't need to keep your handset. You can carry on using it — even travel abroad — and we'll notify you by email, text or phone as soon as it's unlocked.
