How long does it take and what does it cost?
Time and price depend on the manufacturer, model and network. Some phones unlock in as little as 30 minutes, others take a few days. Prices start from just £10.
Do I have to leave my phone with you?
No. Most unlocks are server-based, so we don't need to keep your handset. You can carry on using it — even travel abroad — and we'll notify you by email, text or phone as soon as it's unlocked.
